    That would be the chopped seafood part. Raw shrimp, scallops, fish, squid, clams.

    I do suggest hikari flakes, and hikari bloodworms also feed frozen bloodworms or brine shrimp.

    I just made a batch of this for my tank with some small additions. It was my first time making my own and the fish go crazy over it.

    I have used a variety of food and still prefer Reef Nutrition foods. It's as easy as dry food as it is quick and ready to go, it also is as nutitrious as frozen. I feed thisin addiition to the Eheim autofeeder packed with with NLS pellets.
