Where i live we have Dr.gs witch has LIVE refrigerated Plankton copepods and stuff, but it seems a little expensive

I also have access to two little fishes products

We also have another product called reef bugs witch looks like the same thing, only its freeze dried

I have not tried these yet, what's the best? any reviews?

I'd try go with freeze dried over live simply because if there's excess after feeding it's easier to take out the uneaten freeze dried and also anything alive that breathes in water will ad to your parameters load such as nitrites, nitrates, ammonia
Just think about it anything alive has to breath water in and out and has to eat and go stinky and that can ad up over a month or a few weeks of feeding time, plus IMO I think feeding live food can tend to make your fishes a bit aggressive

I have tried freeze dried, my fish didn't like it and my anemone didn't like it. Frozen works best. Live can get messy.
