what water paremeters for purple coraline?

    i have had luck with making sure my calcium is high and and adding iodide. my coraline was disappearing and as soon as i started dosing iodide it started getting better.

    good alkalinity and a good calcium level will help make coraline grow well i had luck with mine with the calcium being around 450

    i never really had to add any supplements for alkalinity i guess i been lucky but ph and alkalinity work together maintain the alk and the ph will stay in line, i think the calcium depends on how much you have that takes in the calcium corals, inverts and that would depend on how much calcium you would have to supplement

    Coralline will vary. To achieve it, you need to dose calcium and other trace elements like strontium, molybdenum, etc. The color will vary at first. When I started my tank, the first color I got was green and it covered my whole tank. I've seen sprinkles and light spots of purple, but I know it will thrive later.
