I am a big advocate of feeding my corals. I feed them 1-2 times per week. I feed my SPS corals in the evenings when their feeding tentacles are out. 1-2 times per week in the evening alternating with frozen oyster eggs, Tropic Marin Pro Coral Phyton and TM Pro Coral Zooton.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Looks at the ingredients in Rod's Foods.

I have never tried Reef Chili and hope to in the future.

Rod's has a ton of veggies, marine algae and meaty sea foods.

I second RODS. It's a quality food. A little expensive, especially if you have to get it on line. But everything in my tank loves it.

Reef Nutrition's Oyster Feast and Roti Feast have been by far my favorite for SPS.

I keep my corals well fed and feed 2-3 times per week in the evenings when the feeding tentacles are out. For my SPS corals I alternate with frozen oyster eggs or cyclops, Tropic Marin Pro-Coral Phyton and TM Pro-Coral Zooton. I have noticed greater polyp extension and more pods etc. in my tank since I started feeding the Pro Coral foods a couple of years ago.
