    Hi all
    Right onto the lights, in my new rena aqualife 200 i have 2 flurescent bulbs there are

    1-sylvania gro-lux F25w/30" gro T8.???

    2-TLD 25W Aqua Relle

    does anybody know what these are for & what to recommend replaceing i only want fish in the tank at the mo late on 6 months diown the line maybe a few anemones

    Sounds a bit like "freshwater planted" lighting (roughly normal output)

    Gro-lux is a freshwater bulb for growing and maintaining live plants I believe!
    Have no idea about the other two though!

    there will be no plants in the tank so can i replace this bulb with something else for the marine setup, fish only???

    Yes, with no problems! Not as crucial with a fish only aquarium as oppossed to a reef!

    If you are referring to my post Nope they are not for show but for marine aquarium lighting. Animals love them and algae does not like them.. Have internal Reflectors and the best bulb on the market bar none URI is the State of the art for the aquarium Phosphorus gas tube type bulbs VHO NO T-5 through T -12's and P/C even.
