Dingo is right, its your lighting.

Things will appear to be brown/yellow tint looking if you have to much white light. You might want to set your lights back to 70-80% and 30-40% and slowly raise your brightness to the desired (color combo), this will prevent bleaching of your corals.

I accidentally typed in 70% instead of 50% power for my blue LEDs one day and I bleached some coral in hours. Just make sure to take it slow when you are adjusting your lights, LEDs are pretty powerful.

You might want to swap out some of the NW/CW for more RB and B LEDs.

Should I remove 3 NW and 3 Cw. And add the blues?

    10 royal blue, 4 blue, 6 cw ,4 nw

Since then I have added uv and cyan but I feel my color combo looks good.

they never lost it, it just is not being expressed as much because in white light the brown produces more energy than green.
If you slowly move your lights a little bit more blue every day, you will get the colors very quickly... usually between a week and a month

Yes but if they weren't brown at the LFS, they shouldn't be brown in our tanks!
