what sand would you use?

    Well, ya know what I went back to when I had to do it over. :D

    Maybe I have too much experience with the UGF, but sand was just too problematic for me. It was either back to that, or try BB.

    free 40lbs of sand with 25 lbs of rock ordered. Well $15 shipping, but still pretty cheap!

    How much rock did you get? Is it really porous and big for the weight?

    I bought 50 pounds. Ya its pretty pourous and some pieces are larger then others. Heres an fts of my 66 gallon tank. Probably has 70 lb of rock

    I got some caribsea Fiji Pink and it seems like a good size. ...it's still sitting in bags on my floor for my next build. It appears not too big but its def not reef sand either.

    What did you decide to go with cosmo? I think I'm sold of TE reef flakes. Just looks so nice!
