Cartoons in the 70's and 80's were way better than the ones in the 90's.

lol well either way..I only got to experience the 90's ones..although I would watch the classic bugs bunny episodes if they were on. They just keep getting worse.

I forget exactly when Jim Henson died, but the newer voices for kermit and all the others are not anywhere close to "right".

Tell me about it! The stuff my niece and nephew are forced to watch makes me want to vomit. Anyone else want to kill that stupid moose on the Noggin?

Agreed. He-man, GI Joe, Thundercats, SilverHawks, Scooby Doo where are you!!! yeah I liked the 80's toons better!! However the cartoons this day and age the animation itself is unparreled. (Pixar) Pretty soon you wont be able to tell the toons from real life.!

    You're all wrong. Two words:

    Reebok Pumps

    :D

I'd also like to say that sketch comedy was strong on television. SNL was still decent and In Living Color was a juggernaut in its day. I still get a kick out of seeing such a young Jim Carrey.

I didn't even think about that. SNL will never be as good as it was then.
