What kind of food for Anthias?

    Someone who knows for sure, please comment. But this is what I've been told:

    When anthias eats cyclopeze, it rams it through it's gills. So if you don't see him chasing individual ones and eating them with his mouth, does not mean he's not getting the nutrition.

    As long as there plenty of it in water column and he swims actively, he's getting it?

    I have been feeding my 2 bartletts (started with 5 but a rouge Blue Throat trigger shook 2 inhalf like a pitbull that hadn't ate in a month, and one jumped) NLS thera +A pellets exclusively for the last month or so and their colors have started to really get nice! I was feeding a homemade brew from my LFS, Ocean Nutrition 1 and 2 pellets and flake along with NLS pellets and they were looking good, but quit the rest and they have really taken off :)
