What kind of algae is this and what should be done??

    Btw I dont know if I mentioned it but I had two dead hermit crabs out of three in the tank when i got back, funny thing is the third hermit is fine and the two fish are as well. The two hermits that died were from the same purchase at a LFS and the third was from an established tank of a friends..

    Yeah, by the suction cups. There's a second, made of eggcrate, that has 2 red mangroves in it, glued to a mag-float.

    Alright cool, Ill have to look into both, where do you get the ball of chaeto from? If not the way you got it?

    I got it from Dingo, on the forums here. There's a few other people who offer up chaeto occasionally, too.

    EDIT: Yeah, I forgot, the mangroves were from reefcleaners, as NASAGeek recommended.
