Hello everyone this has me very intrigued, I have no idea what it is. Maybe someone can shed some light on this. Thank you in advance.

It looks like little hair or fingers that raise and lower from the rock.

Disregard this post can't figure out how to delete it, but found out they are barnacles. Well I guess since I have this thread. What do they eat? Is there anything I can feed them?

I didn't see anything that resembles a barnacle. They build a cone-like shell and look a bit more like a featherduster. Also, we tend to keep our tanks too clean for them. In nature, they fare best in turbid water where the sand/mud is frequently or constantly disturbed.

What you have is probably micro-brittle stars. Far more common as hitch hikers, they generally stay in small holes in the rocks with 2 or 3 arms protruding to catch small particles of food. They won't need fed; their population is controlled by food supply, which in most tanks with fish, is quite plentiful.
