An update. It appears to be developing another bubble. So far it appears to be thriving besides these weird growths.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
A Entacmaea quadricolor, is a simple organism really, some sensory cells, muscle tissue and gastrointestinal. I do not find it odd or surprising that some cells/tissue end up in areas other than their routine destination. It would not surprise me if the anemone cloned or continued to have no significant change in status other than the development of bubbles in places other than the tips of tentacles.

Any updates are much appreciated. ;)

I've seen this from my blasto before. I think lighting is to blame? Maybe too much?

Today the tentacles are curling. They look somewhat like the bubbles. Maybe they are curled tentacles?

    "Mmmmm - salmon is good"

The anemone continues to do really well so far.

This was not a planned event. It split naturally. Now each piece has its own porcelain crab!

So far each piece seems healthy, still sticky and good color.

Anyone know how long does it take each piece to heal?

Give it two weeks before you attempt to feed it.

    Congrats.;)
