Oh the theory of equal pressure LOL
Long story short I used to work for a really nice guy and he ran the largest Mechanical Co in the area. Had a huge pay roll of pranksters Me being just one of them. And he had 2 dumb ass sons LOL who wanted into the trades. One-day myself and a couple others had his son thinking if you put one finger in the bench vice that say 2 cranks on the lever would make the one finger hurt! But if you put the other index finger it would take more turns since there was more area to absorb and distribute the pressure. So he did and counted the turns before it started to hurt! So in theory when he put his other index finger in the vice we should be able to crank it 3 maybe 4 turns since the pressure was distributed across more area ? Hahahaha We left him scramming in the rear of the far sheet metal shop stuck in a Chinese hand cuff vice .. About 1/2 later we all her on the radios who the hell idea was this ??? he the Boss /father was laughing so hard we could hardly understand him or who he was on the radios

We loved to juice up little start/run capacitors and toss then to unsuspecting new guys we they passed though out work and tool area LOL hey Mike catch hahahaha zzzzap God we where evil. There where like 6 of us the top techs types who just went out and found and fixed the mistakes of the working crews LOL
