    The fish is pretty small and stressed looking. It might just be a time thing for it to color up and change shape a tad. My Ornate Leopard wrasse looks nothing like it does now. Color and Shape.

    but I am with red on this one, there are literally millions of diffrent fish it could be

    Definitely agree it's a dottyback; I don't know them well enough to venture which species however.

    I kinda looks like a albino sixline (is there such a thing?) Anyway it most certainly is a wrasse of somekind and only a couple are reef safe.
