sounds like internal parasites or bacterial infection from rough handling.

I really recommend tank bred for clowns.

No, there really isn't anything quite like it. Most products work on specific things like Ick, Kick-Ick for example. Velvet is a different disease. Marine-Max targets the immune system so the fish can ward off a variety of diseases. It may be worth ordering from Marine Depot or That Fish Place and pay for over-night shipping.

I spoke to the LFS. Not the same one I bought them from, I found a top notch place nearby. I explained n detail what happened. He said it is almost definitely a disease that clownfish get. It started with a B but I forgot what it was. He said just wait at least 2 weeks and it should go dormant before I add any other clowns again. He said it would not effect the Yellow Tang or the 6 line.
    Any thoughts?

Brooklynella. Clownfish are highly susceptible to it, while most other fish aren't.

So they will carry it but not show the symptoms? or are you saying my Tang is in for it and I need to treat the tank somehow for this disease?

My LFS guy here said the tank wouldn't be effected by it.
