After moving my brain to the other end of the tank, i have a fairly decent size spot open on my sandbed, i have my bubble in the middle of the and bed, and my brain on the far right, and it just looks really weird to have a big open space on the left side of the the sandbed.

It has to like a lot of flow, as the vortech is very close to the spot, and thats how i figured out my brain wasnt happy because too much flow, so he's on the opposite end of the tank.

Is there anything that would thrive with this flow and be able to live on the sandbed?

Most corals that would work on the sand bed would not like the heavy flow. That being said you could put GSP with your light. Zoanthids would work, their eyelashes will just get real long and they will grow in a tight group.

I know a lot of people are not, but on the sand bed they don't seem to be able to take over anything if nothing is nearby.;)
