What brand of T5 you use for your reef. I use Current but heard there are better brands on market... Thanks.

I love my ATI, but you can't go wrong with any of the others mentioned along with UVL.

ATI, Giesemann, KZ & UVL are all "better" brands. ATI are hard to beat IMO...they offer great colors and have been tested to have the highest PAR output of all. Aquablue Special 12K for white bulbs and Blue Plus for blue/actinic are my choice...and Purple Plus if you want a little pop from reds/oranges...I find "true actinc" T5 bulbs to be a waste as they have very little PAR output...the blue/actinic combo bulbs offer nice color without sacrificing PAR.

If you are using Current bulbs now, be careful if you switch...ATI Blue Plus (which is 60% blue 40% actinic) has more PAR output than a Current 10K bulb...so if you switch out all your bulbs at once be sure to acclimate your corals to the new light as it will be quite a bit more intense.

    Right now I run 2 150w MH < 10.000k> and 4 54w T5. Do you think if I switch 10.000 < I think they are too yellow>to 14.000k MH I can still use 4 54w ATI brand for T5s?
