what are these??

    I checked the stickys and saw nothing that looks like these little things in my fuge, and over flow area. they are swarming my sponge filter on my return pump i estamate at least 400 or more of these little things and if they are bad how to get rid of them or how to trap them and move them to main tank.

    They are a type of Copepod. Very good for your tank
