What are these baby fish?

    I just looked at my tank and saw these tiny baby fish! Anyone know how and what these guys are? This is a first for me. They came out of no where!

    What do you have pairs of? Have you added anything new lately that could of been pregnant?

    I'm putting my money on the chromis in the pictures. She seems to be protecting them

    We had little guys like this hanging out underneath a rock! We didn't even know it until one day we did a bit of aqua-scaping and flipped the rock around and there they were. After a bit of research we figured out our male and female clown fish mated and these little guys then came about! I can't say for sure that that's what you have, but they look like what ours did. They didn't last long though, sadly. I'm guessing the other fish gobbled them down.

    far from an expert, but my first thought was baby clowns by the white markings. so cool!
