I want to make a wall of live rock. I will start with rubble and build it up to cover my overflow. I have seen many types of "waterproof mortar" online, but no one seems to sell it (just info about it existing). From Emaco 400 to Fox Industries Products... Does anyone know of a safe mortar mix I can use to achieve this?

Will the Insulating Expanding Foam work? It says it is watertight, and I found a article where someone used it and says no ill effects as of yet.

Aquascaping with Insulation Foam by Eric Meier - Reefkeeping.com

The Pond Foam at Lowes is $13 a can, and has no ingredient list, and the Insulating Foam is $4.50 a can. Both have a "Warning if you get it in your eyes you will DIE!!!" label, so...lemme know your opinions.
