Woke up this morning. Checked on the tank and BAM. 73.9 degrees. I think my heater just went kaput. I pulled it out of the tank and seems to be working again. Did I bomb the tank? It is now at 74.9 so coming up to temp is this going to disrupt alot? I am not sure how long it was at that temp but probably a few hours.

When your lights turn on that will heat up the water. When there's upwellings from the abyssal plains, that water is pretty darn cold too and coral reefs have dealt with this for millions of years.

Have the lights on now. Thanks didn't mean to panic.
