Short of running an IceCap system those are the best out there. Your only running it as antinic so I do think you would even need the IceCap.

Bulbs: SLS generally come with ATI/D&D/Geismann so your cool there

Reflectors: The SLS reflector are only slighty less reflective than the IceCap SLR. Doesn't bother me I run SLS reflectors.

Ballast: Small easy to hide but runs fairly hot, tiny wiring connections. No real issue.

    Hoped this helped

I'm running standard T5's, they do the job but am not satisfied with them. Just make sure you get HO T5's.

    I agree with Covey.
I talked for sometime with Jeremy at Premium Aquatics and they carry both. He thinks the Icecap is about 10% brighter, but I bought a couple of the SLS reflectors only for my existing fixture. Definite improvement!

Well here is the fun part.
T-5NO really isn't that common and I am forgeting the wattage.
T-5HO is what most T-5 for the aquarium bus are and are 39W at 36"
You can overdrive T-5s with an Icecap ballast and get another 30-40% more PAR out of the same setup.

I just picked up T5s and they are amazing (2 x 48in ... one daylight and one blue actinic) see sig. Matter of fact I ordered an identical twin set-up and I'll swap the tubes so that I can get all daylight, all blue actinic, or both.

I may also have to buy a pair of arc-welding goggles because man-oh-man the light that comes out of these babies is awsome.
