Wanted to say hello!

Hey ya'll,

I am new to this site and wanted to say hello! I am very happy to have come across it on the web. I have had my tank (125 gal.) going about a year now and have just recentally gotten completely addicted to it. I spend almost all of my free time trying to find new critters or researching new projects to start (new stand and canopy is next)!

I live on the water so previously everything in it has been from the ocean, after having a 'little' water problem now i have devoted to NO MORE CATCHING OF MY OWN FISH. I could sit in front of my tank for hours and just watch, it really keeps me from doing everything else i should be doing. I am looking foward to new ideas and tips on perfecting this out of control hobby!

A 125 is a great size, pretty much the same size tank I am looking for. I recently went through a hard time with a 20 gallon overstocked nano. It was hard! I think the 120's would be more forgiving - especially if I don't overstock again.

I have also experimented with stuff locally caught. Beyond the legalities and other issues, the results were mixed. You are never certain what you are going to get. I stick with the stores now too.

I myself have just joined here. I also have a 125gal tank that I have been setting up for about a month now. Been taking me awhile, partially because most everything on it is homemade (diy'ed) and also because the lights I ordered came broken.
