    the move was successful, he is open bigger than ever before, guess he really likes his new spot :D

    Glad to hear everything worked out. Definitely looks better where it is at. If it is happy it will have attached the filaments and will soon attach its foot.

    ive got him inbetween two rocks, so with no rock underneath him, i dont think he'd have anything to attach himself, so im hoping he will be ok where he's at

    one more for size comparison, the wrasse is about 4inches, the clam in length is 5 but he looks like he could eat the wrasse

    The clam could attach the filaments but not sure about the foot. That is great extension, congrats again. Just see if it gets unhappy there and try again if necessary.

    thanks! hopefully it will keep the extension and eventually attach, i prefer the clam in that spot more so than the cloves, now to find the cloves a new spot :)
