    this has probably been answered before and I realize a lot depends my aquascape/coral placement but at what intesity would you folks recommend i run them at?

    I have a frogspawn right under where the two currents meet that gets moved rather "violently" around, would not want to damage its tissue.... because of this i cranked them down to about 50%

    Be very careful, I had my mp10 cranked too high for a while and it killed a hammer and almost did in part of my frogspawn. I ended up moving around the pieces to find their happy spot. When you feed leave the pump going to spot flow patterns. This helped me to determine hi vs low areas.
