    Not really... This is milligrams which means that 1000 mg is the same as one gram. You can go to your drug store and get a bottle of 200 capsules in all kinds of sizes 500, 1000, 2000mg and plop it in. It is TWICE a day tho because vitamin c is degraded in 8 hours when introduced to seawater

    i personally dont think it does, i did find out that potassium makes the blues in sps corals really come out
