    I can't believe it's really called a clown crab.

    a gaudy clown crab :p silly little nemo crab. Good luck reading up on it. I have been trying... there is crap info on google.

    Yeah, pretty limited info.
    So far I know:
    It lives in the Caribbean
    Not reef safe, It eats zoas and stores the toxins
    It's in the xanthid crab species so stays small
    Probably eats small snails and worms
    Definitely staying in the fuge.

    This is cool!

    Just curious, what does the crab do with the toxins it "stores"? If it's eating palythoa species and storing palytoxin, that may make this a VERY poisonous crab!! :eek:

    Well all I got was that it eats the zoas and stores the toxins for use on others.
    Not sure what that means, probably for hunting. It's not going to be getting any zoas in my fuge though, so it should be good.
