uv and fuges

    can you use a uv sterllizer and a fuge together or are you defeting the purpose? also what size fuge for a 125 gal tank i am about to set up.

    It depends on what you want to keep. If it's plants it will be fine, but if you want to grow a lot of pods then the UV could cull them a bit depending on the strength of the UV and the gph going through it, etc..
    For a 125, I think a 30 gallon or maybe even a 20 would be good, depending on how you stock it.
