I decided to try the sheet of seaweed that you clip to the side of your tank but for some reason I cant get my fish to touch it, they wont even go near it. Any suggestions?? I see the fish at the fish stores eating it all the time. I usaually feed them brine shrimp cubes and algae flakes to my blenny. Are they just spoiled from getting moving food? lol

My tangs love eating off the clip. I'm feeding the ocean nutrition with garlic added I believe.

You can also cut back on their normal feeding of the shrimp cubes. Their appetite will come around.

My problem is my pumps end up ripping it off the clip before the fish can really graze on it.

Mabe put it lower on the glass out of the current or on another side of the tank? Yoou can also try putting some garlic soak on it or they sell nori with garlic alreay in it. Keep puttn it in they will eventually take to it.its just something new to them which can be scary

my trick is i dont use a clip.
i use a nano mag. i can move the magnet all the way to the surface in the front of the tank, then put the sheet inbetween the inside mag and the glass, then move it to the bottom back of the tank. that way the flow is cut down and it doesnt send it all over the tank.

if the list of fish in your signature are up to date, i doubt they will go after the nori on a seaweed clip. i have never seen my clowns show any interest and even though i have never had a chromis, i would think the same of them. of course my tangs are pretty aggressive around the clips so my other fish might stay away for that reason alone.
