I know it's cruel, but you will have to wait until morning.

this is a pretty awesome light after looking into it. love the lightning feature and that you can tweak the color it puts out. would like to know what the fan sounds like though? is it quiet?

I definitely prefer the radion over the AI Sols. The radion covers the entire RGB spectrum. I've read complaints about growth and coloration issues under the AI Sols that I doubt people will have with the Radion's because they cover the complete spectrum. I am going to bet Radion's have the best growth and coloration of any LED fixture on the market for some time to come.

Good par readings. Awesome coverage. Programming is always nice - especially being able to see how your changes effect the spectral curve.

    Mike,
Can you tell me how many lights were over the big tank? I am in the process of putting together my upgrade which will be a 60x36x30. I really like these lights and ecotech has told me that I would need 4-6 units over the tank.

    7x2x2, Ecotech recommended i start with 6.

    Ecotech's graph shows 0 par at 30"

we seem to be following the same threads :)

Even though the height of the tank is 30", I would guess the actual depth from water level to sand bed will be about 26". I really do like these lights but I dont want to spend a lot of money on something that wont work. Can you tell me where the par graphs are? I'd like to see what they say the par reading is at 26".
