    Well This is the Algae Problem Im having, Which yesterday I was told too put some Cheato or Chelurpa in my Fuge, to solve the problem. But Figured Id post the pics to get some more opinions! :confused:

    How long has the tank been set up? how often do you feed? Do you use RO water? what are your test params?

    Use a siphon hose to suck out the big stuff followed by a large water change,then continue with what everybody else recomended(hope that helps!)

    a Lawnmower or Starry Blenny will keep the algae inside your DT under control.

    Set Up- 2 1/2 months going on 3

    I do use RO water.

    Test Params

    Salinity- 1.027
    Ammonia- 0
    Nitrate- 2.5
    Nitrite- 0
    Temp- 80

    Got a Lawnmower. But hes Taking his sweet sweet time. lol

    Your tank is pretty new and getting algae is normal. If you want you can syphon most of it out and let your chaeto start pulling out the nutrients in the water and that will help. Make sure you have a good CUC. Also to me it seems that your salinity is a little high at 1.027. as your water evaporates it will continue to go up until you top off. I run mine at 1.025 for that reason. What kind of filter are you running? How much LR?
