I recently purchased some live rock at a Lps and there is a mushroom or something attached. Does anyone know what this is?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Could be a Rhodactis, I do not believe it's a LPS.

my vote is for a maxi mini, and I think he meant "purchased it at a LFS" not calling it LPS. :p

Looks like a discoma mushroom to me. Hard to tell from the pic.

Yes LFS. So i just set this tank up not knowing this was attached so it wasn't acclimated at all. Any guesses if it will live?

If it's any of the creatures mentioned, it should be fine if you've already gone through your cycle, all three are relatively low light corals/invert (maxi mini is an anemone).

I'd google the three mentioned and see which one is closest, then look at general care from there.
