I purchased this yesterday on a frag plug for $20...
in the store, the coral was opened up, and almost looks like its covered in zoa's...but they're not individual polyps...they're all connected...

the pics didnt come out the best, but i hope they help

i got it at East Coast Aquatics near philly, but they're not zoa's...i have a lot of zoa colonies in my tank, and this is something completely different...

ive been putting it in different position to see if i can get it to open up...

Leave it in one spot. Many times it takes a few days for something new to open up! I don't know what it is but it will be easier to identify when it is open. Leave it in one spot!
