Unhappy zoas?

    I wouldn't say they grow anemones they probably barely keep them alive with hopes of some one buying them quick. Mine uses crappy fixtures as well.. I wouldn't call myself an led expert but you won't be able to grow more than softies with that light.

    my lfs has nems and coral growing under 2 of these strips its 23 watts heres the site on them it says the marine fusion in used for marine and reef aquariums. "Marine Fusion - a slick combination of 12K white & 453nm blue. One strip will illuminate an entire aquarium with the perfect blend of light for marine fish & reef aquariums."

    im keeping acro alive under this light too its just growing real slow.

    On the pdf it says you need two to keep soft corals but I'm still skeptical because it doesn't give individual wattage.

    You should count how many leds you have and divide that by the total watts

    Mines a 36 inch and it says its 23 watts is that how much each diode is?

    I also moved my zoas to the other side of the tank and now them seem not to be streching as much.

    No total so add up the leds and divide by 23

    if you moved it to the other side, what is different on that side?
