    I got some LR from:
    http://www.liverocks.com

(one of 3reefs sponsors in Florida). [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

The shipping was a little steep but the rock went into my tank the day after it shipped and was very much alive. I have had almost no die off because the rock was so fresh. and within a week there were tubeworms popping out and all kinds of critters. The rock is beautiful and had many different colored coralline algae all over it!! ;D

Frags, is just a term for fragmented coral.

With some corals you can cut off a piece and it will grow into a new coral, that's called fragmenting :)

A bit like taking a cutting from a plant.
