    It's not uncommon to have a gaping mouth when introduced. How long has it been like that? I probably wouldn't worry too much unless it persists for more than a few days. How is the foot?

    like a day or two... the foot is not torn and there are no mesenterial filaments sticking out of places they shouldnt be
