How do I find out the value (fair selling price) for this coral? I google and google, and mostly all I can find are pictures on other forums. I'm thinking of selling a very nice sized frag (a few inches but I would need to measure) so I can buy some stuff I've got my eye on. Thanks.

It depends, but you can only really estimate. Compare other equivalent chalices. Chalices are one of those corals that people will pay a lot for if it looks really nice or "well known." If you really have no clue, put it on ebay and list it as a tyree chalice and see what the price goes to.

I've know local hobbyists who have sold Tyree watermelon chalices for $50 a frag. Of course some retailers will sell them for $250 a frag, although they are usually sold per eye.
