I think an inverted 2L bottle would be a better method IMO.

My evap right is about 5 gallons a week. I have not had not problems with pumps freezing outside of the usual once a quarter needs cleaning routine. I think you would be fine.

The one difference may be that my Tunze Kalk reactor is less efficient than this one by Two Fishies - so the impact may be more with this one. I still think you would be fine. It is worth a try. :)

I can see that. Jump in the pool already! :)
It is only as powerful as the amount you put in as you said, you can calibrate...

This is getting off topic... please keep this to the Two Fishies Reactor or start another thread. Thanks

I'm going to try this. I have a 5g ato already running and 2 two little fishes reactors running so I don't want a 3rd. Any other info on your method?

No I did not. Could not get my head around how this would solve the issue of dosing too much sometimes if hooked to an ATO or requiring a controller which I did not want to do. Went with my old school float setup.

Hmmmm, it looks interesting but my thoughts were the same. Have you spoken with anyone that has used one in regards to it dosing heavy?
