Trumpet coral dying or pooping?

Strange question but I was watching one of my trumpet corals a minute ago and it kinda shriveled up and a brown substance came out of the dead center and almost looked like some sort of tentacle but wasn't the normal sweeper tentacles.

Was it coral poop or is there something wrong with my coral? Did it ooze it's insides outside and die?

 

pooping would be my thought my shroom did the same thing

worse come to worse just grab it and smell it ;D

I understand why it's moved but I'm having other problems with the trumpets now too. I put some pellet food in for the fish and each (two total) trumpet got a pellet. Now the healthier looking one is totally shriveled up. Is this normal after eating or are they stressed?

Yeah, I can't take good pictures with my setup. It came out of the mouth like that, but it was longer and stringy. It all came out and didn't stay attached. It was on the one of two trumpet frags that didn't open as much. The one that shriveled bad came back more before the lights went out and I'll check again in the afternoon to see how they look tomorrow. I'll get some water parameters tomorrow too.
