    Must be one of the candy cane pistol shrimp. Those are very cool. There's some vids on YoutTube, one of them is here... YouTube - Watchman Goby and Pistol Shrimp

    Yep it's a pistol shrimp. Once you said that I remembered. The goby, however, isn't a watchman. Even though the relationship between the shrimp and the goby is how the Watchman Goby got it's name.

    I hope I don't get yelled at for putting these pics here outside of the show off your tanks section. Oh well, here ya go!

    Here's the tank running during the freshwater test. You can see the sump and all the plumbing, wires, etc.

    Placing some baserock. I went with a little different config at the end, and epoxied it in roughly 3 total sections to keep it stable.

    Yeah the background color turned out great. Next time, I would like to go with something other than Latex. It's alright, but I'm sure there's better.

    Just an idea for added safety. Add a nipple to the top of your "U" tube that runs your overflow. Attach an aqualifter to the nipple. Keeps the airbubbles from building up;).
