Traded in the Pistol For a Clam(pic)

I Finally had enough of the Pistol Shrimp rearranging my tank and killing a few fish and burying corals so I bought I traded him in and picked up this nice clam while I was there. I believe my tank is back peaceful again and it seems to be a beautiful add so far...at least the star fish likes him!

 

You may need to move the separate the clam and the star fish, some star fish love to eat clams.

That is the thing about Pistols they are busy messy little buggers.

He wasnt there very long before he moved along...and he just stayed on the shell. The pistol killed lots of hermits and snails as well as tried to kill the star fish numerous times, as you can see by the white on his tips.
