Trachy Flesh Bleaching?

    Do you feed it? If not that, maybe something's picking at it?

    I've tried feeding it and it won't eat anything. I know it needs to be fed, but it won't eat! Would that make it bleach?

    Maybe it would over a period of time, as it wouldn't be getting proper nutrition.

    what are you feeding it? mine responded best to small (smaller than the nail on my pinky finger) pieces of those little frozen fish we use (forget their name at moment)


    Mine is dying due to a blenny's constant picking. it does not bleach it. in my case anyway, it is causing the red ring to show the green under it - and has proceeded to not coming out any more and showing skeleton.

    I'm figuring it's a goner, but am going to try blackraven suggestion on burying it to see if that helps... can't hurt at this point.

    Ugh I really don't want it to die!! This makes me so sad. I've tried mysis and brine. I haven't tried actual pieces of fish yet. How do I know when it's officially dead?

    I can try burying it.
