Hmmm... sounds like we're split down the middle. I could see it being either I suppose. I do have a frogspawn with 'arms' like those in your pictures and with the single 'polyp' at the end. The only difference between yours and mine is colour. Mine is white/pink.

Its a torchspawn. It looks like it could go either way.

I agree, torchspawn it is. I haven't seen a frogspawn that is that color and only has polyps on the single tentacles, but I'm not that experienced with these corals. Who really knows...

    I say it's a torch.
The tell-tale "branching" on most frogspawn polyps is generally closer to the tip of the polyps, the majority of the polyps would be brancing, and some with 2, 3, 4, or more green tips on each polyp. I don't see any of the polyps having multiple tips in those pics. All I see are single polyps, all with individual tips, maybe one or two joined slightly higher (but still low enough to clearly identify them as individual polyps) off the torch head than the rest.
I think what some of you are calling "branching near the base" are actually indeed 2 individual polyps meeting at the same head of the coral.
One or two sets of "branching close to the base" polyps does not make it a frogspawn.
