    My suggestion would be to PM Otty, he made an awesome DIY ATO from parts you can probably get at Lowe's, very cheap, effective and reliable. I'm sure he would be more than happy to assist!

    thanks for all the replies folks.

    my big problem is that I am in Okinawa, so I have to look and guess at some things, and others hope they are right. As far as RO filter, there is one at LFS for 130$ US (12800 Yen or so).

    the .mil has kept me busy so its last minute on stuff :-/

    i use the airline in a 2.5 gallon bucket with a standard airline valve to control the drip, it's cheap,reliable. once you get the drip rate set it pretty much takes care of itself,all you gotta do is top off the bucket.

    Here is my simple auto top off. It works great and cost less then $20 (minus the cost of my RO/DI filter of coarse). It is hooked directly to my RO/DI's auto shut off, and works great!

    I'm in Japan :eek:
    but on base so I just get the friendly Jolt.

    my buddy got hit with 220 when we were in Iraq, he tried to replace the light in our building and it zapped him numb while we (being good friends) just :laughy::yelrotflm:laugh3::laughing0:laughing0:clapping:
