    It could be faster but, they want more money to crank it up.

    Are some of you on fiber or something? Geesh!

    So the other day the AT&T guy came to my door to sell me their Uverse plan. He didn't believe me that I got 12 mb down so he asked me to run speedtest.net and double check. I did, then invited him in to see for himself. I failed to mention that I modded my Comcast modem :)

    Well to be fair - it's broken through several switches before it gets to my cube. So I'm sharing bandwidth and bottlenecking at the switch. But at these speeds - I'd hardly call it a real bottleneck!
