Looks awesome Todd! It's come a long way. Quality is definitely there and will look amazing when complete. Very nice stand and c2c. I must say, very awesome build to follow.

Definitely going to be plenty sturdy, Mr. Sails. Just wondering if you can move it into place when it's finished? lol! Looking good, Todd! :)

Thanks! I've never built a C2C before. I had the glass cut at a local glass shop, used the right silicone and glued them into place.
That was a chore in itself getting is braced just right for a 6ft piece of glass x 2 to be held in place.

Thanks Will. Between my work, family time, etc., it's coming along.

I plan a test of the overflow with freshwater and a Mag 3 I have while it's in the garage, to see how things work out.

Thanks, it'll fit thru the door, and between friends, neighbors, my 12 y/o son (5'6"), it'll get moved in when it's time.

Thanks Matt, I hope all is well, come by anytime.

    Todays progress:

I finished coating the entire stand in Latex exterior paint.

Then, I put some ply under my 180, and leveled it in the garage, (which took at least 15minutes), I wanted to test how my new C2C worked, and I made sure at least the ends and the middle of the ply were supported.

Then, I filled the 180, and did a 2nd test on the C2C overflow- to see if it leaked- It didn't.
Then I hooked up my overflows similar to how I'm going to have them, and let them drain into a bin I'll be using for my sump soon, with the garden hose filling.
Lookspretty level- trusty Free APP by Stanley for the level on my Iphone[IMG]

It was workiing well, no leaks.
I shut the hose and hooked up a Mag3 I have as a RP
    [IMG]

Well that wasn't enough flow- though it worked well,
so I unhooked my ML 5500 and hooked that puppy up. At just less than 2 ft head, that babe will flow! It worked awesome.

I played with the valve on my siphon line, had the back up working, etc.
    This thing was silent.
I"m starting to get anxious about this- a little bit

    It is getting there.
I've been thinking, (dangerous sometimes for me to do that), that maybe I'll get it in and set up before the outer panels are ready.
With my stand, it really doesn't matter, since they will offer/add no additional structural support.
I really don't have the funds currently for my three new lights either.
I may go with one and use my current ones until I can get all three multi color/dimmables. My current tank only has the one upper support, the 180 has 2.
I still need to build the canopy frame too! I've got the outer Maple Ply panels cut for it though.

    Thanks for the support!
