Andy's a pansy. I got the same dimensions plus probably 40 pounds. Pre drill your holes!

'Pre drill the holes?' Which holes? The 180 already has 2 huge holes near the top corner, I think I'm planning a modified Herbie/Bean overflow, with a c2c.

Looking forward to seeing your build. I do have to say, building a stand is a lost art or an art that many people should pick up.

I am also really enjoying doing mine as well right now but I can't speak for my wife that only sees me for about 30min a night.

screw holes..... nothing like hearing your wood crack to make you wonder about the stability of your stand for the rest of your days.

A Ha! Yes sir, you are right!

I started screwing it together and the first one cracked some,
So I now pre drill all the holes with a smaller bit.

I got the top and bottom rectangle frame screwed and glued tonight.
Plan to to the uprights tomorrow and finish the main frame for it.

I predrill anything I put a screw in. Yeah it takes more time, but I figure the quality is far better. My wife still makes fun of me for the chicken coop build.
