To feed or not to feed

I left my frozen fish food accidentally on the kitchen counter all day in 90+ degree heat. My house smells like fish market. Is it still good if I freeze it again or should I throw it away. It's still half full.

 

Throw it out, nitrate and ammonia factory.

 

Chuck it, preferably in the garbage outside.

 

I figured was the right thing to do just wanted to hear it from someone else thanx
