So I have been cycling the tank for about five to six weeks. My reading is ammonia .15-.2 on seachem and 10+ on seachem considering after 10 it's hard to read color change. I'm wondering if I should do a water change to prevent a stall or wait a few days like till Monday and see if it don't stall or what
Also should I remove the net I have in there that has food in it for the ammonia source

The food should be removed without a doubt. That was only used to start the cycle. As long as the food is allowed to roit, the ammonia will remain high.
