    I've been battling the cyano as well with no help from other techniques/suggestions, and am getting ready to do the Red Slime Remover. If I do, I'll let you know how it goes

    i used chemiclean with great result but turn you skimmer off it goes crazy

    My skimmer is pumping out some nasty stuff right now, and I am emptying it alot more since this stuff hit.

    i heard alot of those red slime remover products where not reef safe. just a heads up unless i was told wrong?

    i used chemi clean years ago but i had corals in there. its made by the people that make chemipure.

    How long has your tank been up running? When I started my 50 gallon with a deep sand bed I would battle it off and on. Than after about 8 to 10 months everything seem to just disappear. There quite a few times I wanted to quit, but keep up the siphoning. I have not used the red slime remover, but do know many people who have with no ill effects.
